Freelance translators
We wish to make contact with even more translators who are
willing to collaborate with us on a freelance basis. We stipulate
the very highest quality requirements and will therefore be
assessing your credentials and qualifications carefully.
We work along the lines of the motto "Do
only what you're best at" and would therefore
like very precise particulars of the area you master fully, i.e.
language combination (source/target), education/training, hands-on
experience, subject area(s), skills and capacity.
We work primarily with the principal languages and the
Scandinavian languages, but we would also be pleased to hear from
translators who are the cream of the crop in other languages. We
wish to create an even stronger position from which to meet the
requirements of the future.
In addition, you should state which software packages and
translation tools you use as well as the rates you expect, on a
per-word and per-hour basis.
We will then contact you and review your qualifications. Like
us, our clients demand the very highest standards of quality and
accuracy. Therefore, we quality-assure all texts and translation
assignments by means including test translations and double
proofreading.
