Law on authorised translators
Executive order: Law on authorised translators and
interpreters
Section 5. Only individuals granted authorisation as
translators and interpreters have the right to use the appellation
"authorised translator". Other individuals are not permitted to use
Danish or foreign appellations that can be confused as such.
Section 6. Authorised translators and interpreters must perform
the profession entrusted to them with the precision, accuracy and
speed matching the practice of the profession.
